Enjoyed your writeup, the brief moments of riding together, and look forward to seeing you again soon... maybe on a DC brevet sometime :)?

Best,
MG (on tandem w/ Ed)MGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01425035472177907574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-188556118854946600.post-15077057231588575372008-04-14T15:34:00.000-04:002008-04-14T15:34:00.000-04:00Dan,I am really pleased that you put an end to the...Dan,

I am really pleased that you put an end to the "recumbent jinx" on the Eastern PA series. I saw many 'bents on PBP in 2003 and was very impressed. On the endless rollers that make up PBP, I would often pass a recumbent going uphill knowing that on the subsequent descent, I'd be seeing that same rider go zipping by. I knew he was coming by the distinctive rumble I would hear, from the rough chip pavement. I would catch up finally, half way up the next hill -- we'd chat for a few minutes and the whole process would repeat!

So I knew it was just a matter of time for the right rider to come along to officially finish a PA brevet. Congratulations again, on a great finish -- you certainly picked some fine company to ride with. Hope to see you again, on the PA300k -- I plan to have some info up on the website, this week.

Regards,

-Tom Rosenbauer
Eastern PA RBATom Rosenbauerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10827474529743611587noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-188556118854946600.post-28405449513335227962008-04-14T14:48:00.000-04:002008-04-14T14:48:00.000-04:00Thanks, Ed.
