Even though this blog went dark last year, people keep digging it up, linking to it, nagging me about posting, etc., etc. I guess I have no choice but to get off my lazy fundament and start writing again. We'll see how long this stretch of motivation lasts...

And on this night of honor, you'll secretly thinking of putting ye olde P-38 out to pasture - in terms of it being your main rando bike that is.....it's bittersweet.
Out to pasture? Pshaw.
I intend to return it to its former lean, mean glory; shorn of fenders and rando-detritus, it shall convey me on many a club ride, fast century, and 'round-town coffee shop jaunt.
Indeed, I may well even have it refurbished, repainted, and augmented with S&S couplers, so that it may accompany me on journeys ever farther a"field", so to speak.
